Flamingo Crossings Rental Apartments

We moved in on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025. We LOVE our experience at the apartment! It is nice and so beautiful for us to live in. The apartment itself is wonderful, but as well as the amenities that are offered at the Westerly are so great. It’s perfect for what we were looking for.

I love living here and getting to experience all the fun events we have! Communication is great and all the neighbors are so sweet! I love having an area to walk the dogs and my absolute favorite is the dog washing station with a blow dryer to help dry them off!

Many amazing amenities and such close distance to Walt Disney world makes my morning commute much simpler. Location is also great for many stores and food close by

Everything has been great so far! All requests have been answered in a timely manner and there is no real noise complaints. It is great being so close to Disney.

Never been happier since I moved to the westerly. The kitchen is worth the rent alone! The pool is also stunning, perfect for tanning. Also having to use keys to get into the buildings makes it such a safe environment.

It was easy to move in. The staff was well informed about what I was looking for with seavhing for an apartment. When I inspected my new apartment it was very clean.

Great pool, gym and people. Been here a while and it’s very well maintained. Happy with the quick resolutions when we need repairs, etc. def recommend.

Just moved in to this apartment complex! Beautiful apartment with great amenities! The location is also a big plus- it’s nearby a lot of great restaurants and shops!

It’s a small and convenient community next to Disney Flamingo Apartment. You could walk to grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts within 15 minutes and it’s safe to walk. I recommend this community!

Maintenance is always on top of things and the staff at the front desk are always so helpful and kind! Everything has been so clean and nice for use.

The move in process has been pretty easy and organized compared to our last place and the staff here are really helpful and friendly. We just started moving in 4 days ago. So far we love our floor plan and how secure our building/community is.

I really enjoy living here. The location is close to work and new things keep getting built near by. The staff is friendly and always happy to help when needed. Our dog loves going to the dog park next to us and we enjoy the pet friendly atmosphere. Great place to live!
