Everyone has been so nice and helpful. The grounds are well kept and maintenance issues in the apartment are addressed immediately. It is quite also which is a plus.

My sister and I have just recently moved in to Westerly and so far I have loved it. I have my own room and the Apartments are very spacious and comfortable. I’m excited to try out all the amenities the community has to offer especially the pool.

Great location, 5-10 minutes away from Disney. Office and Maintenance staff is great!! WIFI and Cable can be a little spotty at peak times. Thin walls if you have loud neighbors

The Westerly is an elevated, upscale community that manages to also feel down-to-earth and neighborly. There are several, very nice amenities, and maintenance is thorough and easily accessible. The close proximity to Orlando landmarks, dining, shopping, etc. is a game changer!

The Westerly has been fantastic and very accommodating throughout the entire move in process. The staff is great and very helpful! There are many amenities you would not find elsewhere and the are has been quiet and a good place to call home.

We recently moved into a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment here at the Westerly and have loved it so much so far. We have had a couple maintenance issues upon moving in, but they were quick to assist and fix the issue same day. We are so happy to be living here and are excited for all the community has to offer its residents.

It has been a wonderful experience moving in! My only qualm is that there’s only ever been one person at the leasing office to help guests/residents. It’s often hard to receive assistance without waiting less than 25 minutes.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance team responds quickly to requests and are very pleasant to work with. My one complaint would be about the residents with pets that don't pick up after them. It's ongoing and there are plenty available bags within reach for them to use instead of them littering the green areas with their dogs poop.

noise is not always controlled. weed on property makes surroundings smell awful. dog wash area doesn’t function properly and nobody will fix it. nice area but still bit too pricey. maintenance is helpful.

Overall it’s be an okay experience. The community is nice and my neighbours are nice too. But there’s a family who lives above us that has kids who run at all hours of the night and nothing has been done about it.

Very pleasant experience overall. I have seen 2 roaches in my apartment which wasn’t pleasant but other than that never really see any bugs. It’s nice and quiet living here, I can’t really hear anyone else next to me occasionally people outside in the hall but not very often.

All of the staff is incredible and go above and beyond to help tenets have a great living experience. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues (even on holidays!) and are pleasant and easy to work with. The community areas are kept clean and ready for use. There is a little sound transmission from unit to unit but that is expected in an apartment building. You can tell that The Westerly and Lincoln Management care about their tenets and it shows. We love living at The Westerly!

Love living at The Westerly. I feel safe at night walking my dog. I love the location. The staff keeps the complex so clean and beautiful. The events they host for the residents are always so fun! It really is a great place to call home! The only issue I’m experiencing is the parking. A lot of cars do not have a parking sticker permit. I see multiple cast members park their vehicles at Westerly and walk across the road to Flamingo. I’m having issues finding a parking spot close to my building because of this.

Great amenities and the service managers are quick and always get the job done. The whole complex is always clean and well maintained throughout the year. Wish the gym was a bit bigger but overrall nice equipment and love the sauna.

This review is based on someone who has been living here for over roughly two years. To start, the staff here are really nice and have been nice for a long time, there have been barely any issues with the WiFi except with the switch to Spectrum as the provider recently (in my opinion, it’s a downgrade) but even with that, everything else here has been peaceful and a great stay with barely any noise problems.

I’ve lived here about a year now and I’ve had no issues with neighbors or staff members. Area is safe and well maintained. Only issue I have is sometimes near the entry way doors it reeks of dog urine which isn’t pleasant as I’m trying to unlock the door.

Love living here but all apartment complexes comes with their ups and downs, like internet issues non stop (it would make more sense for us all to have our own internet that way when it is down we can call and access things ourselves and it’s not worth $100 a month if it is always out, which is the case with me on daily basis), noisy neighbors sometimes, doors not opening as should and so forth, just typical apartment problems that are nearly faced anywhere you go.

The stairwells are always really dirty in each building but overall the community is nice. A lot of construction around so it makes it more difficult to do long walks. Community center is well maintained and staff is pleasant.

Very nice apartments with friendly staff. Well maintained with tons of amenities. The pool is huge and there’s a nice sun deck with lots of lounge chairs to relax in. The balcony is screened in so you can enjoy it without having bugs bother you.

It’s been ok other than an issue with my storage unit access. It is in another building and it would be nice to have accessible entry at all times but that’s not always the case due to the outside entry box always being broken.

Maintenance is really quick to solve any issues and the front office girls are great and very understanding when situations happen. Been a couple months, but really enjoy living here so far.

I love the views from outside the window with the sunset. The staff here has always been nice. The apartment is overall great and I have had little to no issues at all with it so far. I’ll continue living here for sure!

I love this complex. We just moved in in January and the front desk staff is nothing less than helpful and friendly! The area is clean, I feel safe, and I can definitely see myself here for a while!

A fantastic new facility with very up to date amenities, the staff has also been extremely helpful with everything we have needed. A little on the expensive site but definitely worth the price!

Everything it's extremely good and fun. Almost everything is clean and you cant really hear the noises. We like it here! Our dogs love the park and how good our neighboors are:)

The leasing and move in process was sooo easy and fast! Everyone at the complex has been so nice and helpful. The complex is gorgeous and the apartments are very nice. I am so happy to call The Westerly home!

I love Westerly Apts! Fantastic staff. Any issues I encounter are solved to my satisfaction very professionally and quickly Enjoyed Comedy night at the Speakeasy and their themed monthly get togethers allow one to make new acquaintances.

Enjoying living here and excited to see what new additions are being built nearby that will enhance the area! The walking loops are awesome and great to have. Almost wish one was more of a running track.

A year and a half living here and so far it’s been really good. The location is near some shopping and near Disney parks which makes it a great spot if you want to live nearby the amusement parks to go often to there. The staff are really nice and the apartment is really clean. I am loving it so far.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful but the internet setup could be better. The maintenance team is super efficient. The community is always offering entertainment activities for the residents

I enjoy living at the Westerly. I have been living here for 21 months. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. It is convenient to Walt Disney World, shopping and every place else we like.

A good place to live, but noise from upstairs neighbors is extremely loud and nothing has been done. Amenities are great and the workers are incredibly nice!

Love the Westerly! Just like with any apartment there are small things that could be improved like cleaning a little more often but it is a nice place to live.

It was nice to be in a quiet area and feel safe too!! Lease is up for now so now rooming with a friend to save a little extra money, as it is a little pricey as well. Other than the amount it cost to live here, it really is a nice place and would do it again all over again if needed!!

A perfect place to live in. Beautiful and peaceful complex, friendly for pets, and the staff and maintenance are professional and nice. There are multiple stores nearby so it’s a great location. I am very content with my apartment and I recommend it to others.

Beautiful apartments and area. It is also dog friendly. We had a maintenance issue but it was resolved the next day! The pool is only open until sunset for safety issues but wish it could be open later.

Apartment complex is clean, luxurious and in a safe neighborhood. Community mailbox location is slightly inconvenient and neighbors on the balcony are noisy, but overall a great living experience. Very satisfied!

I love it here! I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and the only problem I have came up across is the smell of the water at first when me and my family got here. It was fixed eventually.

Nice and safe place. It’s in a great area, you can walk to target or Walgreens. The new management group are extremely nice and outgoing. Very pet friendly as well.

Moved from Ohio. Everything has been great so far! I honestly would not have moved here if it was for Jay Alexander in the front office. He made the tour so personable and kept up with me throughout my moving process.

The leisure areas are excellent, the swimming pool is beautiful, the gym is very well structured and the entire community is extremely clean.
