Really love our apartment. Any issues we had were dealt with professionally and quickly. Some of the people in the building are not as clean as you would want. They drop garbage and leave it. Probably kids. The kids who wait for the school bus in the morning are very polite. Overall its been a very good experience.

Everything is so nice and feels so new. We love our apartment and all the amenities! As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. Everything was in pristine condition and ready for us to make it our own!

Excellent service from the beginning. Front desk walked us thru the whole process and then scheduled a tour the same day.Great staff, very helpful and friendly, from the touring of the apartments to signing of the lease. Happy to have found our new home.

It has been a great smooth transition from the application process, paperwork, the staff, management friendliness , maintenance, moving day, apps uploading, communication with the office, prompt responses and services, parking, hallways and elevator cleanliness, garbage pick up a super plus. In overall we are very happy! it’s pet friendly and smoke free! We can breathe:) thank you!

Everything has been great! The ameneties are great and so far have not ran into any issues. Only thing is sometimes trash service doesn’t show, however that is a third party so not apartment’s fault!

We are new residents and so far so good. We did have a small issue. We were shown one place but given a different one where there were many issues on the walk through. Everything was addressed except a few warped cabinet doors in kitchen.

Great, so far everything has been good. The comlex is clean and relatively quiet. I love the neighborhood. Place is beautiful. I only wish we had access to the Speakyeasy and Wineroom as we pay a high fee for being able to use the complex but aren't allowed in without paying extra.

As a new apartment renter, the resident was both excited and slightly overwhelmed stepping into their first leased home. The move-in process was smooth, with management providing clear instructions and prompt responses to questions. The apartment itself felt fresh and inviting, with modern appliances and clean finishes that made settling in easy. Though adjusting to the new neighborhood took some time, the sense of independence and the comfort of having a space to call their own quickly turned the unfamiliar into home.

It is very clean here. The game room is very nice, and they have two separate gyms, which is perfect for me as a woman because sometimes I’m shy at the gym and want to do my own thing. The pool is also very nice, it has the deep end but also a shallow part (kinda like a zero entry). The complimentary coffee machine is a wonderful touch. They have lots of grills, and a green patch next to the package room with some outdoor games like golf and ping pong. I have only interacted with the front desk a few times but they have been very helpful! My one maintenance request for pest came very fast. I like the way we submit requests and can track them, and I also like how the app can help me enter doors if I don’t have my fob. My apartment is also beautiful, I am very happy here!

Very nice! Great location, friendly staff, and very well maintained. Some things in the lease aren’t in the apartment (an alarm is mentioned but i haven’t seen one) and i’ve had some issues with the appliances not quite working right.

We moved in on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025. We LOVE our experience at the apartment! It is nice and so beautiful for us to live in. The apartment itself is wonderful, but as well as the amenities that are offered at the Westerly are so great. It’s perfect for what we were looking for.

Maintenance and front office staff are friendly. Grounds are nice although better maintenance to landscaping would be nice. Amenities are good, large pool, nice place to go for walks. Dogs are allowed here . That being said some dog owners dont pick up after their dogs whether it be on the grass or on the sidewalk. Also hallways are carpeted which is nice for sound control, some pets have accidents which result in carpet odor which hasn't been addressed or it just keeps happening. That is the biggest negative for me.

I love living here and getting to experience all the fun events we have! Communication is great and all the neighbors are so sweet! I love having an area to walk the dogs and my absolute favorite is the dog washing station with a blow dryer to help dry them off!

Never been happier since I moved to the westerly. The kitchen is worth the rent alone! The pool is also stunning, perfect for tanning. Also having to use keys to get into the buildings makes it such a safe environment.

Lovely place. Good amenities. Maintenance staff friendly and helpful. They do what they can to help within their constraints Housekeeping staff friendly and do a good job. One negative to consider is many residents have dogs and dogs have accidents. The carpet has the odor of pet urine. Requests have been put in to address it but it still is present. Residents with pets pay extra and those dollars should go to replacing carpets

Everything is great. Love my apartment, floor plan, and complex amenities. Management and maintenance is helpful and quick to respond. My only complaint is that the smoke detectors are super sensitive and basically everytime we cook, they sound. We had them checked multiple times and we don’t know what to do about it.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and it’s still just as great! The staff maintains the complex really well and are always quick with maintenance requests. The only complaint is the parking. A lot of non-residents use our parking lots that we’ve paid for and park overnight or longer. Why did I pay for something that is apparently free for others? I come home and have to park away from my complex do to non-residents taking parking spots.

Beautiful facility. Staff and maintenance are friendly. There is a nice mix of people living here. Dogs are welcome here so it does come with some negatives. People not picking up after their dogs. Also it is inevitable that dogs will have accidents.Hallways are carpeted so on some floors you do have a urine odor. If the facility would correct that the rating would go up.

It’s a small and convenient community next to Disney Flamingo Apartment. You could walk to grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts within 15 minutes and it’s safe to walk. I recommend this community!

I love living here! The staff, amenities, and location are all amazing! The only reason I took one star away is because of parking. Due to living across from Flamingo Housing, we have quite a few people that park over here and walk across the street leaving little to no parking near certain buildings. Other than that everything is great!

Having just moved in to The Westerly, I can say the apartment is beautiful and very spacious. Being walking distance from maybe stores including Starbucks and target are a huge plus. It’s only the beginning, but I think I’m going to really enjoy living here.

Generally good place to live. Maintenance and lease office having a little turnover but seems like the consistency will continue. The negative is it is a pet friendly apartment . I love pets. Not everyone is a responsible owner. Dog poop in grossed area and even on sidewalks. The carpets smell like urine.

I really enjoy living here. The location is close to work and new things keep getting built near by. The staff is friendly and always happy to help when needed. Our dog loves going to the dog park next to us and we enjoy the pet friendly atmosphere. Great place to live!

Minor bug issues but overall a lovely lovely place. Biggest complain is how high the rent is but I think that’s more of a reflection of our economy than anything else. Additionally, front desk is relatively helpful depending on who you get. Pool is clean and gym is nice. Wish the mailroom was a little more organized.

Great place. Nice amenities. Awesome location. The place is perfect for our lives now, especially with pups. This is definitely well appointed for young professionals and younger families. The community is safe. The dog park is a God send. The pool is good. The only gripes if any, the elevator in building 6 was down for weeks. The elevator is back now. Also, one of the gyms seems like it’s being repaired. iPad in there is not working, neither the workout mirror thing, which was a cool amenity. Overall though, happy to be hers. Feels like home.

Love it here, love the community and being close to my friends at flamingo. Our apartment is in the corner so I have a huge balcony and my friend lives downstairs from me. I have told lots of people to move here, the only problem right now is that the elevator is not working so moving has been a pain.

The Westerly is a quiet, elevated community with helpful staff and efficient maintenance. As someone who keeps my space very clean, I was alarmed and disappointed to find that my building had a roach problem, and I often saw them crawling around the halls. Aside from that, it was a nice place to live, and the location is great if you like to visit or work at the Disney parks.

The Westerly is an elevated, upscale community that manages to also feel down-to-earth and neighborly. There are several, very nice amenities, and maintenance is thorough and easily accessible. The close proximity to Orlando landmarks, dining, shopping, etc. is a game changer!

We have had a couple maintenance issues upon moving in, but they were quick to assist and fix the issue same day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance team responds quickly to requests and are very pleasant to work with. My one complaint would be about the residents with pets that don't pick up after them. It's ongoing and there are plenty available bags within reach for them to use instead of them littering the green areas with their dogs poop.

noise is not always controlled. weed on property makes surroundings smell awful. dog wash area doesn’t function properly and nobody will fix it. nice area but still bit too pricey. maintenance is helpful.

The Westerly is a clean, elevated community, and it is everything I was looking for in an apartment complex! The amenities are very nice, and the location is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, theme parks, etc. Requesting maintenance is easy and fast, and management is very friendly. 10/10!

Very pleasant experience overall. I have seen 2 roaches in my apartment which wasn’t pleasant but other than that never really see any bugs. It’s nice and quiet living here, I can’t really hear anyone else next to me occasionally people outside in the hall but not very often.

All of the staff is incredible and go above and beyond to help tenets have a great living experience. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues (even on holidays!) and are pleasant and easy to work with. The community areas are kept clean and ready for use. There is a little sound transmission from unit to unit but that is expected in an apartment building. You can tell that The Westerly and Lincoln Management care about their tenets and it shows. We love living at The Westerly!

Love living at The Westerly. I feel safe at night walking my dog. I love the location. The staff keeps the complex so clean and beautiful. The events they host for the residents are always so fun! It really is a great place to call home! The only issue I’m experiencing is the parking. A lot of cars do not have a parking sticker permit. I see multiple cast members park their vehicles at Westerly and walk across the road to Flamingo. I’m having issues finding a parking spot close to my building because of this.

Great amenities and the service managers are quick and always get the job done. The whole complex is always clean and well maintained throughout the year. Wish the gym was a bit bigger but overrall nice equipment and love the sauna.

This review is based on someone who has been living here for over roughly two years. To start, the staff here are really nice and have been nice for a long time, there have been barely any issues with the WiFi except with the switch to Spectrum as the provider recently (in my opinion, it’s a downgrade) but even with that, everything else here has been peaceful and a great stay with barely any noise problems.

I’ve lived here about a year now and I’ve had no issues with neighbors or staff members. Area is safe and well maintained. Only issue I have is sometimes near the entry way doors it reeks of dog urine which isn’t pleasant as I’m trying to unlock the door.

Love living here but all apartment complexes comes with their ups and downs, like internet issues non stop (it would make more sense for us all to have our own internet that way when it is down we can call and access things ourselves and it’s not worth $100 a month if it is always out, which is the case with me on daily basis), noisy neighbors sometimes, doors not opening as should and so forth, just typical apartment problems that are nearly faced anywhere you go.

The stairwells are always really dirty in each building but overall the community is nice. A lot of construction around so it makes it more difficult to do long walks. Community center is well maintained and staff is pleasant.

Very nice apartments with friendly staff. Well maintained with tons of amenities. The pool is huge and there’s a nice sun deck with lots of lounge chairs to relax in. The balcony is screened in so you can enjoy it without having bugs bother you.

A year and a half living here and so far it’s been really good. The location is near some shopping and near Disney parks which makes it a great spot if you want to live nearby the amusement parks to go often to there.
